Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays check-in is available only after 18:00. Please note that the swimming pool is open from mid April until October. The spa is open Sunday-Thursday from 09:00 to 19:00, and on Friday and Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00. Swimming pool #1: Closed from Sat, Oct 08, 2022 until Fri, Mar 31, 2023.
Due to the current situation in Israel, the hotel is working in an emergency format. Some of the facilities might be closed for guests accordingly.
